All our caregivers are TESDA-certified — the recognized regulatory body for caregiving in the Philippines. Certificates and police/NBI clearances can be provided for transparency.

Trained and Experienced Professionals

Through a strict recruitment process, we ensure our caregivers have real-world patient handling experience. This involves verifying certifications, cross-checking references, and evaluating past performance.

We also conduct monthly briefings to reinforce guidelines, policies, and Med-Easy’s standard of care.

Replacement Policy

Should you wish to replace a caregiver, we can provide one within 3 days, free of extra charges.

If a caregiver backs out without notice, we follow strict internal protocols — they are professionally confronted and placed at the bottom of deployment priority for the next 6 months.

Transparent and Secure Payments

We only accept cashless payments via GCash, UnionBank, or BPI.
Payments are made directly to Med-Easy Home Healthcare Services, with official invoices and receipts provided for your safety.

Fair Refund Policy

If you cancel mid-week or mid-month:

  • Days already serviced and the management fee are non-refundable.

  • We will process a refund for unused days.
